Inquisitor Bishop

Category: bishop. Active power, once per game.

Its power is locked until your king has been checked twice. Awakened, it can also step one square up, down, left or right, and once per game it turns one enemy knight, bishop or rook anywhere on the board to your side for good. A piece cannot be turned if that would give check. Becomes a normal bishop after use.

Corruption

Turn one enemy knight, bishop or rook to your side. Not allowed if it would give check.

The story behind the piece

A patient cleric who waits while the king is hunted. After the second threat to the throne it stops praying and starts recruiting from the other side.
